President

Founder of Complete Benefit Solutions Inc. (COBESO), Donna M. Mills has been in the insurance industry for over twenty years and has come to develop a specialty in working with small to mid-size (2-500) employee groups. Incorporated in 1999 it’s been Complete Benefits mission to supply valuable benefits and quality service to assist in keeping loyal employees at the best price.

Donna started COBESO so that she could help people to avoid the common mistakes and misunderstandings often made when it comes to choosing and education of insurance benefits. With her business, Complete Benefit Solutions, she is able to help her clients and their employees with these choices.

Relationships are very important to Donna and having a close personal relationship with her clients is one of her top priorities.  Once a plan is in place, Donna meets regularly with her clients to review, update and make appropriate changes to their plan if needed.  Because we all know the economic climate changes and laws are revised, Donna makes sure her client’s plans are up to date and on target.

Donna also holds agreements with all the major insurance carriers and is currently studying for her certified benefits specialist designation.  This requires a rigorous course of instruction and comprehensive exams to demonstrate her knowledge of issues and her commitment to meet the needs of her clients.

Donna is a sponsor of a number of charities such as the New York National Chapter Multiple Sclerosis Society and the School for Language and Communication Development. Donna has always been an active participant in her local community for the last decade, through her dedicated membership to the Fishkill Rotary to helping organize the funding needed to open the House of Hope women’s shelter. For as much as the people of the Hudson Valley have helped her to build a successful business she feels that it is as much her duty to make sure they do prosper as well.

Alexis Mills

ALEXIS MILLS, Vice President of CompleteBenefit Solutions (“COBESO”), a women owned and operated company, assists groups and individuals in obtaining and maintaining cost-effective insurance benefits. The company prides itself on providing the best solutions for its customers, sourcing and shopping for the best insurance providers, making sure their clients are aware of cost controls and legal compliance issues, providing administrative support, providing employee education and providing training sessions for clients when necessary. As Vice President of COBESO, Alexis is incharge of the day to day operations of the company, while still meeting with potential new clients and making time to make sure the needs of current clients are always met with superior attention to detail and customer care.

Aside from the works she does as an insurance broker and small business owner in our community, she is always supporting and contributing too many organizations around the community to help provide

and educate future leaders & women. An example of this is The Wisdom of WomenGroup through the New Paltz Chamber of Commerce whose mission is to give each other inspiration, support and community while empowering each other to find the wisdom within ourselves and each other so we can share it with the world. Alexis sits on the committee of this group as well as is the sole corporate Partner for their events.

As the Co-Chair she aids in planning monthly events for the women’s organization as well as helping in the planning of the 2017 & 2018 UnGala where funds were raised to grant to woman/women in business to help them grow and flourish

In addition to her time at COBESO, Alexis has shown that she cares deeply about her community and spends many hours helping different organizations.

In 2018 Alexis was bestowed with the prestigious ATHENA Award. Bestowed annually, the ATHENA Award is given to a member of the community who best embodies the ATHENA Leadership Model. The Model is unique in that it focuses on personal traits of strong, successful leaders. It captures the spirit and collaborative leadership style often exemplified in women leaders, while also recognizing the importance of traits such as courageous acts and fierce advocacy in the pursuit of excellence.

Alexis is also the recipient of the 2018 United Way Raising Hope Award. She was a member of the Leadership Dutchess Class of 2016 and a 2017 recipient of the 2017 40 under 40 movers and shakers award.

Alexis hopes to impact theHudson Valley in a way that helps our local economic community flourish now and for the future.
