It is my pleasure to help introduce you into this wonderful family. Over the years it has been a rewarding experience working with the New Paltz Chamber being their member’s personal health insurance advocate.
There are a number of different health benefit options available to you through the chamber with CDPHP. Chamber members will not only benefit from the diversity of program offerings, but will benefit greatly in the service of the plans. As well as a dental plan through Cigna, with no deductible or out of pocket maximum. These innovative products are the effort of your dedicated chamber. For additional information about these new choices you can contact your chamber representatives or me directly.
COBESO, will provide on-site assistance and conduct employer/member meetings for the initial open enrollment, we will also conduct special open enrollment meeting in September, conduct teleconference meetings, on-site employee meetings, presentations via overhead projector.A listing of additional services is found below:
- Respond to general inquiries from members of the New Paltz Chamber within a 24hr period and provide resolution to all inquiries within a 24hr period
- Provide resources for provider questions and act as a liaison between the member and carrier for difficult claim situations
- Coordinate enrollment of all members and their dependents and the issuing of ID cards.
- Ensure seamless implementation of policy changes with carriers during renewal and for off-cycle changes that may arise
- Communicate with the staff of the New Paltz Chamber on a daily basis and provide on a monthly basis a member update report
- Send Welcome Packets to all new members who elected to have their insurance from the Chamber
- Conduct Open enrollment meetings, conduct member educational seminars and throughout the year provide on-site member overview benefit meetings
- Provide monthly invoices through our innovated in-house software
- Reconciliation of invoices for members directly with the carriers
- Each call is tracked through our internal innovated system and escalating issues are reported back to the president and sales for resolution
- Provide real personal interaction by offering one on one benefit meetings to the Chamber members
